Delivery Policy

Rowena Coelho Gifts And Flowers offers flower delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

All delivery will be done by road within UAE via trusted third party delivery companies that follow strict health and safety protocol.

Please note that certain products may not be deliverable to certain areas and if that is the case, you will be notified of this once we receive your order.

Once the order is received and accepted by Rowena Coelho Gifts And Flowers, you will receive a confirmation on the email address provided.

Timings:

We work from 10 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.

We offer same-day delivery within Dubai; orders for same-day delivery close at 8 pm. For orders placed after 8 pm, or for all other emirates within the UAE, you can only select a slot for the next day.

While placing your order, please choose your preferred delivery time from the available slots displayed.

Delivery charges:

Only orders with a value of over AED 100 are eligible for delivery.

We offer free delivery within Dubai for all orders exceeding AED 175.

For orders from Dubai under AED 175, and for eligible orders for other Emirates, the delivery charges are as follows:

Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page when you place an order.

Deliveries to a remote location, or an area that Rowena Coelho Gifts And Flowers does not currently deliver to, will incur an additional delivery charge which you will be notified of once we receive your order.

Recipient’s Details

To ensure your flowers are delivered on time, please provide us with the recipient’s full address and telephone number while placing the order. We would also need your telephone number and email address so that we can contact you to confirm your flower delivery or to inform you about any issues that may arise.

Rowena Coelho Gifts And Flowers delivers goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if the receiver refuses to accept the items.

If our delivery partner cannot find someone to accept the delivery or to make contact with the sender or receiver to coordinate the flower delivery, Rowena Coelho Gifts And Flowers reserves the right to charge for re-delivery to an alternative address.

If the receiver is unavailable at the time of delivery, the same product can be re-delivered the following day with an additional charge of AED 30 within Dubai and Sharjah or AED 65 elsewhere in the UAE. For this, the sender needs to contact our customer service team via WhatsApp message on +971 55 570 4828 or email sales@rowenacoelhogiftsandflowers.com to reschedule the delivery. Failing to do so within 24 hours will result in the order being cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Third Party Proof of Receipt

If you would like us to deliver flower arrangements to locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports and hotels, the signature of an authorized person (on behalf of the intended recipient) will be considered as proof of delivery.

Our secure payment gateway accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay.
